Goodbye Curls

Last week Cooper, Griffen and I thought it would be fun to make snowflakes. We got out the paper and the scissors and began to create. We were making some mighty fine snowflakes if I do say so myself. I ran upstairs for 1 minute and came downstairs to find this lovely pile of hair. Next to a tiny pair of scissors and snowflake clippings. I new exactly who's hair that was because the accomplice was nowhere to be found. The tears came as soon as I saw him and they weren't his tears...they were mine. He had cut off the very top of his head to the scalp. I did what any mom would do, I called my husband in tears. The phone call went like this. "Justin, (I'm crying) "What's wrong?" Justin is obviously worried. "Griffen cut off his..." By now Justin is worried I am going to say Toes, Fingers, ears? "his hair!!!!" He simply said, "shave it!" So we did. Griffy looks so different now, I miss his cute curls but he sure is cute bald.
